How does it work?

Cooperation with employers

Ready for work - job coach for young people, parents after maternity leave and people 50+

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of disadvantaged groups through the job coach model: career diagnostics → individual support (IPPZ) → integration into the company → employment.

For whom

  • Young people in a NEET situation (up to 29 years old) – professional orientation and first internship.

  • Parents after MD/RD – gradual return, skills training, flexibility.

  • People 50+ – adapting to technology, managing change, age-friendly support.

Career diagnostics – data that changes decisions

Together with SCHREIBER Group, we use scientifically proven diagnostic tools and an individual approach to find the ideal connection between personality, talent and work environment - from people selection to team development to individual career. The output is clear data and recommendations that reduce uncertainty and accelerate the right decisions.

We measure what matters

We track impact through a combination of Most Significant Change (MSC) – stories of key changes – and quantitative indicators (number of participants, post-intervention employment rate, length of stay). We are transparent in publishing results and provide methodology and data in a PDF file for experts.
